► When I click on Pledge Now, I get an error message that says I can't pledge now or a message asking me to login as an individual.

This error is usually a transitory problem caused by us here at United Way temporarily closing the campaign pledge data structure. We usually re-open it within a minute or two. Please try again. If the problem doesn't clear up, please contact us using the information in the footer of this page.
 
► Will donations I've made through your website or on a paper pledge form show up when I click on the My History menu item?

Yes, but not as quickly as pledges entered through e-Pledge. Website pledges and paper pledges get manually entered into e-Pledge, so please allow extra time for them to show up. If you feel that it's been too long and your pledge/donation still isn't showing up under My History, please contact us using the information in the footer of this page, and we'll verify our receipt of your pledge/donation.
 

► I want to make a pledge where a certain amount is taken out of my credit card each month. Can I do this through e-Pledge?

Currently, e-Pledge doesn't support automatic recurring pledges. Please use our website, which will allow you to setup a recurring credit card deduction.  .

► If I make a pledge by payroll deduction, when do payments to United Way start coming out of my paycheck?

Unless otherwise specified, your employer's payroll dept starts taking payments out for the first payroll of the upcoming new year.
 
► I made an error on my payroll deduction pledge, and need to change the amount. How do I do this?

Please notify us here at United Way and also notify your employer's payroll or HR dept, because they are the ones who actually take the money out. You can use the information in the page footer for our contact information. Note that, if you change your pledge amount after deductions have already started being made, the change will take effect for deductions after you notify your employer.
 
► What does the Home menu option do?

If you are logged into e-Pledge, the Home meuu option takes you back to the Welcome page where you entered e-Pledge.
If you have logged out of e-Pledge, then the Home menu item takes you to the e-Pledge login page.
EXCEPTION: If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) to log you into e-Pledge, then you need to return to the organization's login page if you wish to login to e-Pledge again.
